HEALING AUTOIMMUNE NATURALLY by Marsha Schults

Healing Autoimmune Naturally
The old me was chronically ill for seven years. I had fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, CFS, IBS, depression and anxiety, insomnia, bladder intolerance, blurry vision, systemic chronic pain, eczema, all over trembling, an involuntary tic in my neck and I could hardly string a sentence together.

I had tried everything in my power to heal naturally but on the way, I needed support and before I knew it, I was on anti-depressants, anti-inflammatories, anti-histamine, steroids, sleep & pain medication. I’d spent over twenty thousand dollars over 10 years with alternative therapists including homeopathy, osteopathy, kinesiology, naturopathy, psychotherapy, massage, oils, chiropractors, B12 Injections, psychology, hypnotherapy, musculoskeletal therapy, nutritional therapy, physiotherapy and more…. I can’t remember how many times I changed diets…

My memory and cognitive function was failing. My doctor offered medical retirement (disability pension) and I secretly longed for a wheelie walker. I hid my suffering, for shame and embarrassment …until the day I was diagnosed with MS. I almost surrendered, but I knew deep down inside that if I would give up, I would fall to the floor and not be able to get back up. I still don’t know where I got the strength to keep going.

“That’s called an MS Hug” said my doctor as I described three episodes where my chest felt like it was being squeezed like a snake wrapping itself around me. I couldn’t take a breath in. I thought this is it. Lights out.
It was three days later when I attended a health seminar, that my gut wrenching, teary eyed & desperate prayers were answered. A ‘doctor of natural health’ put me on the right path. His protocol saved me. 8 weeks later, I was back at full time work and 4 months on, I was 80% better. I had never even heard of the products they suggested. But it all made sense. I had been an avid ‘student’ of natural therapies, eating ‘clean’ and attended many health seminars. But I couldn’t access my memory.

Now today, 18 months later, I am completely symptom free and absolutely LOVING and embracing life. While writing this, I cried. It still gets me. I didn’t have any hope or support and I felt sooo scared...

Imagine how much I want to give this hope and support to others also looking for a way out? Of course I need to share my story and my protocol...

This is now my life’s work and I feel so grateful to have been given this ‘gift’. As an Autoimmune Recovery Coach, I feel blessed to be able to help others achieve not just optimal health, but live the life of their dreams, just like me. I understand Autoimmune. What causes it and how to fix it. If you or a loved one is suffering, please contact me. I’ve walked in your shoes, so I understand your pain.

Besides some specific gut healing strategies involving supplementation and diet changes, what helped me most was a Stem Cell Regeneration Support Supplement. I couldn’t believe the power of this all natural, scientifically formulated product. I owe my life to it... I’ll never stop taking it”

Bebita Ndongo Macias, also known by her pen name I.W.Fredd, is an actress, author, cosplayer, dancer, model, pageant girl, singer and songwriter from La Republica de Guinea Ecuatorial. Bebita :    I was born in Madrid, Spain. I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah in the U.S. My parents were involved in the entertainment industry in Spain, so that's how my siblings and I got our start in the industry. Once I got old enough, I kind of just branched out on my own, and started in the entertainment industry in 2017 officially. Since then, I've just done a different variation of commercials. I've done films, short films, TV shows, like somethings that are notable. I guess so far it would be "Caso Cerrado". I was in the new action thriller "Echo Boomers". I've done different commercials, like Mountain Dew, GameStop, stuff like that and that's just basically what I'm still doing today. What is the story that changed your life? BROKEN HEART by Edgar De Leon

One day at my job, I met a girl. I have never met her before because she was working the morning shift and I was working night shift. We spent time together, went to the movies, went out to dinner and finally we were officially in a relationship. Time passed by and we decided to get married. We got ourselves an apartment and we moved in together. Everything was perfect. We were both working, paying our bills, and having fun during the weekend. It was just perfect. Until one day, the economy struck us really hard. I lost my job and we weren't able to pay our bills anymore so we had to do something about it before it was too late. We, my wife and I, went to talk to my mother in law for help and she offered us to move in with her while everything comes back to normal. We agreed to pay her some amount to live under her roof. Two weeks after moving in with my mother in law, I got an interview. I was so excited but the job was a part time job. I didn't care because I was not working

LIFE STORY by Mushak Khan

Life is a game for everyone and everyone has some challenges in it. Some people think that it's good or bad luck but many people believe that it’s their own duty to win or lose that game. I am also a winner of a very unusual and crazy game of life. I am an adopted child. Though I am a girl and I was adopted by a couple who was living in a small village and was hardly fulfilling their basic needs. That was the time when I was only 2 and half years old. I don’t know anything about my parents like who they were and why they left me (though I miss them a lot today). I was 6 years old when I firstly faced the child abuse (harassment) by a teacher. I was a child and I was totally unaware of good and bad touch. But it didn’t sound nice to me to be touched by an unknown person. I asked my grandma about that scenario but she didn't panic because she was not willing to adopt me. I talked to my mom but she also didn’t care. Then I realized there was nobody to help me and this was abusi
